Since I started to live “healthy”, let me continue this here as well. :) Last couple of days I’ve been searching for delicious things on the internet, so I can change a bit the homemade dishes, and I managed to assemble this surprisingly tasty variation of salad.
What you need (for one serving – on the picture):
1/2-1 head green salad
200g chicken fillet
2 boiled eggs
1. Cut/teared green salad.
2. Shredded carrots.
3. Chicken fillet, cut in cubes, can be directly flavored and fried or can be roasted beforehand.
4. The boiled eggs, cut in halves.. or however you feel it.
5. Everything is mixed till you feel, it’s done, arranged, perfect.
6. And fially add the dressing, carefully.. so not all of it to be on the tomatoes and to make the whole picture ugly. as I did.
For the dressing: oil / olive oil, vinegar, salt, herbal salt, garlic powder, 11tbsp. brewer’s yeast powder.. о, yes.
Additionally to the nice flavor, t gives, the yeast is full of essential substances, vitamins, improves metabolism, makes us more beautiful, smarter, more.. well.. it’s OK! Even in this form. :)
